I am a proud dad to three, an entrepreneur, adventurer and hopeless romantic!

Born and raised in England and after a successful career in finance, I travelled extensively, lived in Canada and then came to New Zealand in 2003 to buy a helicopter company which I successfully owned for nearly 18 years.

I have become a celebrant as occasions bring people together and I believe I have something to offer. There is nothing better to hear giggles and laughter, family and friends enjoying each other’s company and living in the moment. As a Justice of the Peace, I am able to give back and support the community I live in.

Flying helicopters has been my passion since a young age but only realised my dream in my early 30s. It is the freedom of flight and the characters I have been luckily enough to have met, that continues to leave an indelible mark with my eyes constantly facing skywards. I have always had a keen interest in property which has now turned into another career. Commercial property and special projects mix my business and finance knowledge with a client centred approach to deliver win win solutions for all.

Finally, I continue to live an adventurous life. It is rarely dull and never beige. I try to say yes to most opportunities and love meeting like minded characters. We have but one shot at this thing called life and it is my intention to make the most of it all!
